ARTICLE 1. General 1.1 .
All modification are forbidden unless expressly authorized by the regulations spécific to the group in which the car is entered , or by the general prescriptions below, or imposed by the chapter " Safety equipment ". The components of the car must keep their original function .
It is the duty of each competitor to satisfy the Scrutineers and Stewards that his vehicle is in compliance with the regulations in their entirety at any time during the compétition
Vehicles must comply with the national road regulations. 1.2 . APPLICATION Of THE GENERAL PRESCRIPTION

The use of a material which has a specific yield modulus greater than 40 Gpa/g/cm3 is forbidden, with the exception of plugs, exhaust coatings, water pump turbo joints, brake

The use of a metallic material which has a specific yield modulus greater than 30 Gpa/g/cm3 or of which the maximum specific UTS is greater than 0.24 Mpa/kg/m3 for non-ferrous material and 0.30 Mpa/kg/m3 for ferrous materials (i.e. 80% iron) is forbidden for the making of all the parts that are free or homologated as an Option Variant. 1.7 WATER SPRAYING
Spraying water on the intercooler / heat exchanger is allowed, but the system used should ensure that car stopped, the water does not flow down.
Any system of water spray in the intake manifold is prohibited. However as regards cars groups T2 and T2B T2B + , if such a system is registered with the car or home mounted on it , it will be retained. ARTICLE 2 . DIMENSIONS AND WEIGHT 2.1 . GROUND CLEARANCE
No part of the car must touch the ground when all the tires on the same side are deflated .
This test will be performed on a flat surface under race conditions ( occupants on board) . 2.2 . LEST ( Banned in T2)
Removable ballast shall be secured and sealed by technical and may not exceed a maximum weight of 30 kg , divided into 3 units minimum positioned on the floor Commissioners.

All cars must have a gearbox with a mandatory reverse gear entirely mechanical ( control range T1A and T1B authorized only) in working condition when the car takes the start of an event , and can be hired by the driver at the wheel .
Transmissions chains are prohibited. ARTICLE 5 . SUSPENSION
Suspension parts partially or entirely from composite materials are prohibited ARTICLE 6 . WHEELS AND TYRES 6.1 .
Wheels partially or entirely from composite materials are prohibited.
With the exception of the liquids and gels puncture , or tubes, the use of any device for the tire to maintain performance with an internal pressure equal to or below atmospheric pressure is prohibited.
The inside of the tire or / room air must only be filled with air and the products listed above.
As of 01/01/06 , wheel hubs should include a centering wheel by a shoulder , according to the principle used on production cars for new cars . 6.2 . MEASURING WHEEL WIDTH

If permitted by Schedule J amendment affects a dimension brought to the approval form , this dimension can not be accepted as an eligibility criterion for this car . 7.2 . COCKPIT

Any chemical treatment is prohibited. 7.4
. ATTACHMENTS AND PROTECTION OF LIGHTS
It is allowed to drill holes in the bodywork and chassis / front cover for headlight mountings , limiting fixations .

An anti fog lamp can be changed to another , to the extent where the original is the same assembly .
Mounting a reversing light is allowed provided that it only works when the shifter is in the reverse position .
Beacons are prohibited . 8.4 TELEMETRY
The use of telemetry is forbidden ( data transmission between a moving car and anyone connected to the commitment of this car. ) 8.5
The transmission between PC and drive shall be carried out only by cable. ARTICLE 9 . FUEL COMBUSTION 9.1 .
For gasoline engines, the fuel must be commercial petrol from a pump station, without adding other than a lubricant on current sale .
The fuel must meet the following specifications :
• 102.0 RON and 90.0 MON maximum , 95.0 RON and 85.0 MON minimum for unleaded fuel.
• 100.0 RON and 92.0 MON maximum , 97.0 RON and 86.0 MON minimum for leaded fuel .
Measurements will be made according to ASTM D 2699-86 and D 2700-86 standard .
• Density of 720 to 785 kg/m3 at 15 ° C ( measured according to ASTM D 4052 ) .
• 2.8 % oxygen ( or 3.7 % if the lead content is less than 0.013 g / l ) and 0.5 % nitrogen by weight maximum percentages as the rest of the fuel consisting exclusively of hydrocarbons and containing no additives that can increase power.
The measurement of the nitrogen will be used according to standard ASTM D 3228 and the oxygen elemental analysis with a tolerance of 0.2 % .
• Maximum amount of peroxides and nitro- oxide compounds : 100 ppm (ASTM D 3703 or in case of impossibility UOP 33-82 ) .
